APPLICANT: Alex Yale, YBA Architects PC ADDRESS: 2120-2140 NW Quimby Design Advice Request for a new mixed-use building with 160 residential units, 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, 12,000 square feet of office space, and structured parking to be contained within the building. Because the proposal intends to utilize the existing building, a Modification would be required to allow a setback greater than 10 feet along the NW Quimby frontage. Proposed materials include the existing tilt-up concrete building as well as light-weight metal and/or panel cladding at the upper levels.
