City borders are E 11th Street to the Willamette and then up to West 13th Street. On the east side the borders are T Street on the south and Pacific Street in the north (not counting McMillen's Addition which ends at A Street). The west side is border on the south by Caruthers Street and in the north by G Street. Contains claims and additions of J.H.
