Amend ordinance which amended the comprehensive plan map to establish the open space (os), designation on Tax Lot 192, except the northwest corner, Section 28, T1N, R2E, in zone R7L, located east of Olympus Estates, near NE Rocky Butte Rd, to correct an error in the legal description, adopt findings, and declare an emergency (amend Ordinance No. 159125).
