An ordinance declaring the cost of constructing a sewer to be known as the Marquam Gulch District Sewer from the east terminus of the brick and stone sewer in Sheridan St near Hood St to the low water line of the Willamette River, and assessing the property benefited thereby, declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the Docket of City Liens.
