TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Bean : Authorizing the purchase of necessary materials for supplementing the lights at Normandale Park Softball Field, in the open market without advertising for bids, making a transfer of $3000 within the general fund from emergency and unforeseen expenditures to the Bureau of Parks, making appropriation in the amount of $3000 in the public recreational areas fund also available to apply on said purchase, authorizing the drawing of warrants, requiring the installation of said lighting materials by the Portland Metropolitan Softball Association, providing for acceptance of the conditions of this ordinance by the Portland Metropolitan Softball Association, and declaring an emergency
