TITLE: Amending subsection (a) of section 1 of ordinance number 113290 which granted a revocable permit to NW Natural Gas Company, Inc, to install and maintain five ornamental gas street lights in the sidewalk area near the corner of SW Morrison St and Park Ave, so as to provide manual instead of automatic cutoff at the sidewalk grade, and declaring an emergency.
