TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Bean : Granting a revocable permit to Northwest Natural Gas Company Incorporated, to install and maintain five ornamental gas street lights in the sidewalk area near the corner of SW Morrison St and Park Ave, upon certain terms and conditions, waiving the provisions of section 5-3001 to 5-3005 of the Public Works Code, and declaring an emergency.
