An ordinance declaring the cost of constructing a sewer in Alley through Block 8 Riverview Addition from 20 feet east of east line of Commericial St to the main sewer in Gantenbein Ave assessing the property benefited thereby and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
