An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Missouri Ave and Prescott St from a point in Missouri Ave 170 feet north of the north line of Fay St to a point in Prescott St thence easterly in Prescott St and southerly in Missouri Ave to sewer in Missouri Ave 25 feet south of Prescott St at the expense of the property specially benefited by such sewer.
