An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in Sellwood St, from 120 feet east of the east line of Kerby St to a connection with the sewer in Sellwood St, 50 feet west of the west line of Kerby St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
