[vetoed] An ordinance to regulate the storing or keeping of petroleum, crude petroleum, or any products of petroleum, gasolene and hydro-carbon liquids within the corporate limits of the City of Portland, and to define and establish the limits within which the same may be stored and kept, and to provide for the use of certain streets for pipe or pipes, pipe line or pipe lines in said city.
