An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in Upshur St, from a point 125 feet east of the east line of Twenty-first St to a connection with the sewer in Upshur St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of city liens.
