An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in E Burnside St, from a point 50 feet east of the east line of E 22nd St [22nd Ave] to a connection with a sewer in E 24th St [24th Ave], at the expense of the property benefited by such sewer, as provided by the Charter of the City of Portland.
