An ordinance authorizing the members of the Portland Rifle Club to use the grounds situated south and west of the land owned by the City of Portland, Oregon, and known as west end addition, for target practice; to maintain a rifle range thereon and to hold shooting contests thereon with the members of other rifle clubs.
