An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in E. Ash St from a point 25 feet west of the west line of E. Twentieth St to a connection with the sewer in E. Ash St at E. Sixteenth St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of city liens.
