An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in E. Washington St from a point 50 feet east of the east line of E. 18th St to a connection with the sewer in E. Sixteenth St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
