An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in E. Alder St from 100 feet west of the west line of E. Twelfth St to a connection with the sewer in E. Alder St at E. Ninth St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
