An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Sandy Rd from a point 115 feet west of the west line of E 20th St to a connection with the sewer in E Davis St, describing the district proposed to be sewered and drained by said sewer and providing that the cost of said sewer shall be paid by the property benefited thereby, as provided by the Charter of the City of Portland.
