An ordinance authorizing the Eastern Lumber Company to construct and maintain a side-track of standard gauge across Front St and Colton St and to connect with the side-tracks of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company, the Northern Pacific Terminal Company, or the Eastern Lumber Company's switch on Sherlock Ave west of Block 33, Sherlock's Addition.
