An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in E Davis St from a point 35 feet east of the east line of E 22nd St [NE 22nd Ave] to a point in E 24th St [NE 24th Ave]; thence southerly in E 24th St [NE 24th Ave] to a connection with the sewer in E 24th St [NE 24th Ave] at the intersection of E Couch St, at the expense of the property benefited by such sewer, as provided by the Charter of the City of Portland.
