An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in E [SE] Taylor St from a point 175 feet west of the west line of E 33rd St [SE 33rd Ave] to a connection with the sewer in E 33rd St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
