An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in Sacramento St from a point 25 feet west of the west line of E. Seventh St to a connection with the sewer in Union Ave, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of city liens.
