An ordinance declaring the proportionate share of the cost of constructing the sewer in Mississippi Ave from a point 25 feet south of the south line of Skidmore St to a connection with the sewer in Shaver St, to be assessed to the property benefited by the construction thereof and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
