An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in "Q" St [NW Quimby St] from a point 200 feet sewer of the west side line of N 24th St [NW 24th Ave] to the brick sewer in N 20th St [NW 20th Ave], at the expense of the property benefited by such sewer, as provided by section 121 of the City Charter.
