An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in "N" St from a point 190 feet West of the West line of N. Fifteenth St to a point ten feet West of the West line of N. 18th St as provided by Ordinance No. 5927, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
