An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in S. Front St from a point ten feet South of Porter St to the sewer in Marquam Gulch as provided by Ordinance No. 5881, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
