An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in "M" St from the culvert in N. Eighth St to a point ten feet West of N. Seventeenth St as provided by Ordinance No. 5872, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
