An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer and drain in Fifteenth St, in Carter's Addition to the City of Portland, Oregon, from a point 100 feet Southerly from the South line of Mill St, in said Addition, to and into Market St; and thence extending Easterly in Market St to and into Fourteenth St in said Addition; and thence extending Northerly in said Fourteenth St to the North side line of Jefferson St; describing the district proposed to be sewered and drained
