An ordinance providing for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Ninth St from a point ten feet South of College St to main sewer in Harrison St at the expense of the property benefited by such sewer, as provided by section 121 of the City Charter and repealing Ordinance No. 5797 as entitled as above.
