An ordinance to amend section 8 of Ordinance No. 5790 entitled "An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer and drain along Tanner Creek from the South end of the brick sewer at Washington and Lownsdale streets, Southwesterly to Alder St; thence Westerly in Alder St to Fourteenth St; thence Southwesterly to a point in the Westerly extension of Yamhill St and 230 feet West of Fourteenth St, and thence Southeasterly to a point in the Westerly extension of the center
