An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lamp holes and branches in "C" St from the West line of N. 18th St to the brick sewer in N. Thirteenth St as provided by Ordinance No. 5711, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
