An ordinance to amend sections 3 and 13 of Ordinance No. 5723, entitled "An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer and drain from a point in the North side of the City Park in the Western part of the City; 250 feet Westerly from the Northeast corner of said Park, and extending thence Easterly to a point near the Northeast corner of said park, thence extending Easterly in "B" St to and into N 22nd St [NW 22nd Ave]; extending thence Northeasterly in and along NW 27th Ave
