An ordinance to repeal section 11 of Ordinance No. 5296 entitled "An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in Hood St from the North line of Lincoln St to the center line of Sheridan St and describing the district to be drained and sewered thereby, which said sewer shall be paid for by the property benefitted by the construction thereof, as provided by section 121 of the City Charter."
