An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in Sherman St from the West side of S. Sixth St to the proposed sewer in Hood St, as provided by Ordinance No. 5295, as amended by Ordinance No. 5318, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
