An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches, in Caruthers St, from a point 10 feet West of the West line of S. Sixth St, to the sewer in Hood St as provided by Ordinance No. 5437, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
