An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in "H" St from the brick sewer in N. Tenth St to a point ten feet West of the West line of N. Twentieth St, as provided by Ordinance No. 5519, assessing the same and directin an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
