An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in "S", N. Thirteenth and N. Front Streets, as provided by Ordinance No. 5549, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
