An ordinance accepting the improvement of the South half of Porter St contracted to be made by Horsafus and Quinn under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4733 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving the South half of Porter St from the East line of Hood St to a line 400 feet Easterly from and parallel with the East line of Hood St" approved November 20, 1885 and directing the drawing of a warrant on the Porter St Fund in payment thereof.
