An ordinance accepting the sewer in Yamhill St contracted to be constructed by John Gibson under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4779 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Yamhill St from its present terminus 100 feet West of the West line of Eleventh St to 50 feet West of the West line of Thirteenth St" approved February 8, 1886 and directing the drawing of a warrant on the Yamhill St Sewer Fund in payment thereof.
