An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of extending the sewer in Pine St from its present Western terminus Westerly in Pine St to the center line of "A" St and hence Westerly in "A" St to the East line of N.E. Park St, the cost thereof to be assessed to the property benefitted as provided in section No. 121 of the City Charter.
