An ordinance to authorize the Committee on Health and Police to receive proposals and enter into contract for furnishing meals to the prisoners confined in the city jail, and so repeal Ordinance No. 4807 entitled "An ordinance authorizing a contract for feeding the prisoners confined in the city jail."
