An ordinance to amend section one (1) of Ordinance No. 4825 entitled "An ordinance providing the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Harrison St with an outlet into the Willamette River and the necessary cath basins, branches, lampholes and manholes and describing the district drained by said sewer which said sewer shall be paid for by the property benefitted as provided in section 121 of the City Charter."
