An ordinance providing for the time and manner of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches along Tanner Creek from N. Fourteenth and "B" Streets to N. Tenth and "H" Streets. Thence along N. Tenth St to "I" St, thence along "I" St to N. Eighth St Thence along N. Eighth St to N. Front St and thence Northeasterly to low water in the Willamette river and describing the district to be drained by said sewer, which said sewer shall be paid for
