An ordinance accepting the improvements of Fourteenth St contracted to be made by the Portland Macadamizing and Paving Company under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4616 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving Fourteenth St from the South line of Jefferson St to the South line of Market St" approved June 18, 1885 and directing the drawing of a warrant upon the Fourteenth St Fund for the payment thereof.
