An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 5066 entitled "An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in "B" St from the West line of N. Twenty first St to Tanner Creek sewer at N. Fourteenth St at the expense of the property benefitted by such sewer as provided by section 121 of the City Charter" approved by the Mayor of said city May 6, 1887.
