An ordinance accepting the sewer contracted to be laid by the Oregon Artificial Stone Company in 3rd St from a point 100 feet north of the north line of Lincoln St to the sewer in Harrison St under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5057 and providing for the drawing of warrants in payment thereof.
