An ordinance declaring the cost of constructing a sewer in Constance St and Union Ave from 25 feet west of the east line of Albina to a point in Union Ave northerly in Union Ave to sewer in Fremont St and assessing the property benefited thereby, declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the docket of City liens.
