An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Auditor to receive a deed from the Mount Tabor Water Company, a corporation, to a parcel of land at Mount Tabor and a conveyance of the entire water plant of said Mount Tabor Water Company to the City of Portland, and to draw warrant upon the water fund of the City of Portland in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars in payment thereof.
