An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Auditor of the City of Portland to receive a deed from E. C. Brown and S. A. Brown to a parcel of land in Multnomah County, state of Oregon, to be used for a Detention Home for the Juvenile Court of Multnomah County, Oregon, and to draw a warrant on the General Fund in the sum of one dollar in payment therefor.
