An ordinance declaring the cost of the improvement of Grand Ave from 94.59 feet south of the south line of E. Glisan St to a point 375 feet southerly therefrom, chargeable to the Portland Railway Light and Power Company, assessing the said Railway Company therefor and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
